Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund & Replacement

At Digital Print, we strive to provide the best quality printed products. However, due to the custom nature of our products, refunds and replacements are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • Misprint or Printing Defect: If the product you received has printing errors or is damaged due to our mistake.
  • Damaged on Delivery: If the product arrives damaged, you must report it within 3 days of delivery with supporting photos/videos.

⚠ No refunds/replacements will be provided for:

  • ❌ Incorrect uploads or mistakes made by the customer.
  • ❌ Color variation due to screen differences.
  • ❌ Delay in delivery due to external factors (courier issues, weather conditions, etc.).
  • ❌ Orders placed by mistake or a change of mind after printing has started.

2. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If you meet the eligibility criteria, follow these steps:

Report Within 3 Days: Email us at digitalprint@gmail.com.

3. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are:

  • ✅ Defective or
  • ✅ Damaged during printing or delivery
