1. Order Processing & Handling Time

📦 Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

🚨 Delays: In case of high order volumes or unforeseen postal service issues, slight shipping delays may occur. We appreciate your patience and will update you via email.

2. Shipping Services & Delivery Time

  • ✅ Service Availability: 🚛 We currently ship only within India.
  • 📮 Shipping Carrier: All orders are shipped via India Post (Speed Post).
  • 🚚 Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 7 business days from the dispatch date.
  • 🚫 No Tracking Available: Since we use Speed Post (India Post), tracking is not available for shipments.
  • 📩 Delivery Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Charges

✅ Free Shipping: All product prices include shipping charges. No additional shipping fees will be applied at checkout.

4. Failed Deliveries & Address Accuracy

📍 Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

❌ If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • Re-shipping charges will apply (paid by the customer).
  • If you choose not to re-ship, a refund (excluding shipping cost included in product price) will be processed.
